Overview

Rating your crew members in NextCrew helps you keep track of performance, capture client feedback, and build a knowledgebase for future staffing decisions. Both staffing managers and clients can leave reviews after a job is completed. Over time, NextCrew automatically calculates and displays an average rating for each crew member—making it easy to identify top performers for future opportunities.




Navigation – How to Access the Rating Feature

  1. Log in to NextCrew.

  2. Go to Operations → Timesheet.

  3. Open the Timesheet Detail page for the job you want to review.

  4. Scroll down and locate the Review section on the right-hand side flyout.


Functionality Overview

Once in the Review section:

  • Click Add Review to rate the crew member’s work.

  • Enter your Rating (stars/ numerical depending on system).

  • Add Comments to provide context on performance.

  • Toggle the Job Completed flag to confirm the work was fully done.

  • Save your review.

Key features include:

  • Both staffing managers and clients can leave reviews.

  • Client reviews will appear in the same section, ensuring consolidated feedback.

  • Automatic calculation of average ratings across jobs.

  • Helps managers quickly identify top-performing crew and prioritize them for future jobs.

  • Review data can also be leveraged for crew invitations to upcoming projects.
