1. What happens to my data?
All of your data is available on both the Legacy and NextCrew 2.0 platforms. You can access your information no matter which system you use.
2. How do I log in?
Your login credentials remain the same. Use your existing username and password to access NextCrew 2.0.
3. What is the new URL?
The URL is almost the same as before. Simply change the ending to .app
(for example, yourcompany.nextcrew.app
).
4. What if I add information in one system?
Both systems are background compatible. Any data you add in Legacy or 2.0 will be available on both platforms.
5. Is there any change to the crew members’ mobile app?
No, the mobile app for crew members remains unchanged.
6. Does this affect clients?
Yes, the client web portal has been updated. Clients will also need to use the .app
URL and can log in with their existing username and password.
7. Am I missing any functionality from Legacy?
No, all functionalities from the Legacy platform have been migrated to NextCrew 2.0, along with several enhancements.
