Portal Setup

  • Your agency’s portal has been set up by our implementation team.

  • To integrate your NextCrew portal with your website, click the link provided in your onboarding email or refer to our integration guide for step-by-step instructions.

Data Import

  • Our team has either already imported your data or provided you with a data import template.

  • If you need to upload additional data, follow the instructions in the template or contact our support team for assistance.

Training Schedule

  • A member of our implementation team will reach out to schedule your training session.

  • You will also receive an email with self-learning guides, so you can start exploring the system at your own pace if you prefer.
