Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the Order you’d like to clone from the Orders dashboard. 
- In the top-right corner, click on the vertical ellipses (⋮) menu. 
- Select Clone Order. 
- Choose a new start date. - The system automatically adjusts all subsequent jobs, shifts, and times relative to this new date. 
 
- Select whether to clone crew: - ✅ If enabled, crew members from the original order will be included. 
- ⚠️ If a crew member is unavailable due to another assignment, they will be automatically excluded to avoid double booking. 
 
- Click Clone to confirm. 
- Review the newly created order and make any adjustments if needed (e.g., staff changes or updated positions). 
Pro Tip: Use this feature for weekly recurring client needs—this saves significant time compared to recreating orders from scratch.

- You staffed a 3-day conference with multiple positions: registration staff, AV team, and catering crew.
