NextCrew allows crew members to clock in and out for events/orders. However, there are situations where you may want one or more designated individuals, such as supervisors, to clock in and out on behalf of others as they arrive. 


The Supervisor Clock-In feature enables this flexibility, making event management more efficient.


Navigation



  1. Click on Workspace.

  2. Select Orders.

  3. Use the search function to locate your specific order.

Steps:

  1. Open the relevant order.

  2. Navigate to the Offers page within the order.

  3. Locate the individual you wish to assign as a supervisor.

  4. Open their details and select the Supervisor checkbox.

  • Can I assign more than one supervisor for an order?
    Yes, you can assign multiple supervisors.

  • Which jobs and crew are visible to a supervisor?
    Once marked as a supervisor, the individual can see all assigned crew members for that order.

  • Can a supervisor change the time for someone who has already clocked in?
    No, supervisors cannot modify clock-in times after they have been recorded.

  • How do I know that the crew member was clocked-in/out by a supervisor?

        You can verify this by checking the timesheet status, which will display

"Supervisor Approved" once the supervisor has verified and approved the crew member's clock-in/out times.

  • Why don’t I see the supervisor checkbox?
    Please check your configuration settings to ensure this feature is enabled.

Notify your crew members when they are assigned the supervisor role so they are aware of their additional responsibilities.
