Who did a great job last weekend? A rating takes ten seconds and answers that question for your whole team, months later.
Summary
Rate a Crew Member on the timesheet for the job, under Job Review. Clients can rate the Crew who worked for them in their portal, and their reviews sit alongside yours. Ratings show on the Crew Member's record and in their Crew Stats, so your team can pick proven people next time. What goes wrong: only rating when something goes wrong, so the good people never stand out.
How to do it
- Go to Operation › Timesheet and open the timesheet for the job.
- Scroll to Job Review.
- Give a rating, add a comment, and mark the job as completed.
- Click Update.
▶ Watch how to rate a Crew Member
That's the job rated, for the whole team to see. Read on for client reviews and how to use ratings.
Why rate every job
| Without NextCrew | In NextCrew |
|---|---|
| Who's reliable lives in one coordinator's head | Ratings sit on the record for the whole team. |
| Client feedback lost in an email | Client reviews sit alongside yours on the timesheet. |
| Guessing who to call first | Check reviews and on-time percentage in Crew Stats before you offer a job. |
Client reviews
Clients can rate the Crew who worked for them in the client portal. Send them Rate the Crew Who Worked for You. Their reviews show under Client Reviews on the timesheet.
If you'd rather clients didn't see your team's reviews, there's a setting for that in Site Configuration. See Site Configuration: What Each Setting Does.
Use ratings
- Hover over a name in the Crew list to see their reviews and on-time percentage. See Anatomy of a Crew Member Record.
- Pass good reviews on to the Crew Member. See Stay Connected With Your Crew.
- For a real problem, record a violation as well. See Record Violations and Spot Problems Early.
