A client asks for someone who can drive a box truck, or who holds an RN license. You need to find them fast.
Summary
NextCrew gives you three tools. Tags you add to a profile, like hashtags. Resume search, because every uploaded resume is read for you. And Analyze on the Experience tab, where you ask a question about one resume. What goes wrong: tags spelled different ways by different recruiters.
How to do it
- Open a profile and, on the Overview tab, click ADD under Tags.
- Find tagged candidates with the filter on HR › Crew Members.
- Search every resume by keyword from the same filter, or ask CrewPilot.
- To check one resume, open the Experience tab and click Analyze.
That is the right candidate found. Read on to keep your tags tidy.

Tag candidates by skill
A tag is anything you want to find later: can travel, can lift heavy, forklift certified, nights-only, box truck driver.
Add tags on the candidate's Overview tab, under Tags. Then filter the Crew Members list by tag.
⚠️ Watch out
Agree a short list of tags with your team. "Forklift" and "fork lift" are two different tags. See Tag Records So You Can Find Them Later.
Search every resume
When a resume is uploaded, NextCrew reads it for you. You can then search all resumes by keyword, such as a past employer or a license.
- Use the filter on HR › Crew Members.
- Or ask CrewPilot, for example: Search for Crew Members with forklift in their resume.
Ask a question about one resume
- Open the candidate and go to the Experience tab. Their resume shows on the left.
- Click Analyze. A panel opens.
- Ask a question, such as Does this person have an RN license? or Have they worked for a hospital?
The answer is saved on the right side of the Experience tab, so the next person can see it too.
The AI answers questions about what's in the resume. You still decide who to hire.
