Not everyone applies online. Someone emails a resume, walks in, or comes from a referral. You can add them yourself or send them an invite.
Summary
There are three ways. Add creates the account for them, and they get an email saying it's ready. Drop their resume into Add Crew Member and their name and email fill in for you. Invite sends a link, and they create their own account. What goes wrong: adding someone who is already in NextCrew.
How to do it
- Search HR › Crew Members first, to make sure they aren't already there.
- To add them: click Add, then type their details or drop in their resume.
- To invite them: click the three dots (⋯) and choose Invite.
- Enter one or more email addresses and send.
That is the candidate on their way in. Read on to choose between Add and Invite.

Add a candidate
- Go to HR › Crew Members and click Add.
- Drag their resume into the form. Their name and email fill in from it. Or type them in.
- Save. NextCrew emails them that their account is ready.
Invite candidates
- Go to HR › Crew Members.
- Click the three dots (⋯) and choose Invite.
- Enter their email addresses and send.
They open the link, land on your registration page and apply as usual. See How Candidates Find You and Apply.
Invites work even when the Register button is hidden. That's how invite-only agencies bring people in.
