How to do it
- Click Add Message and write the subject and message.
- Use Macros (the <> button) for anything personal, such as the first name.
- Open the template menu at the top. It says Default until you pick one.
- Choose Save As Template, type a name, and tick Shared if your team should have it.
- Click Save.

Tips for good templates
- Keep text messages short. Put the detail in the email version.
- Use the first-name macro, not "Hi all". It reads like a note to them, not a broadcast.
- Name templates for when you use them, such as Shift Reminder.
