Modified on Thu, 23 Jul at 12:52 PM

New in this release: the CrewPilot AI Command Center, tighter payroll controls, and a cleaner day-to-day. All connected,

● Now rolling out

CrewPilot AI Command Center

The CrewPilot AI Command Center brings your entire operation into one intelligence layer. It surfaces what needs attention — credential gaps, no-show risk, late invoices, and more — so your team can act before small problems turn into expensive ones.

Seven AI modules work together across the full agency lifecycle. Each one ranks, flags, and recommends — your team stays in control of every decision, and your workflows do the work.

Recruitment AISourcing & Tracking
Crew AIRetention and Data Accuracy
Workspace AIScheduling
Compliance AICredentials & alerts
Ops Intelligence AITimesheet Management & Operation
Client Health AIClient retention & KPI
Financial AIRates, invoicing & margin
Rolling out gradually. We're enabling the AI Command Center one account at a time. It will appear in your workspace as we activate it for your agency — no action needed on your end.

Override automated rates at the paycode level

New

A new option on each paycode lets you override automated rates when a specific job or client calls for it — without touching your rate rules everywhere else.

Automatic notes when a Crew Member's default rate changes

New

When a Crew Member's default rate is updated, NextCrew now records a note automatically — giving you a clear, timestamped history of every rate change without logging it by hand.

Client Access: Client name now shown on the timesheet screen

Improved

Timesheets now display the client name right on screen. For teams managing multiple clients, it's immediately clear which client each timesheet belongs to — no cross-referencing required.

Remove skills from the code table without impacting existing jobs

Improved

You can now remove a skill from the code table without affecting the jobs that already use it. Retire outdated skills to keep your setup clean — existing jobs keep running exactly as they are.
