Preferred Crew Indicators	Task	Job Management	Speeds up staffing by clearly identifying preferred or not preferred crew for a client.	Look for visual indicator tags next to crew names while reviewing offers.
Smart Address Lookup	Task	Operation	Improves data entry speed and accuracy when adding or updating locations.	Start typing an address into any location field and select the matching option from the dropdown.
Active Contacts Default View	Task	CRM	Keeps the contact pipeline organized and clutter-free by hiding inactive profiles.	Open the CRM module to see active contacts by default; adjust filters to view inactive ones.
