See who you're staffing — Client Crew Preferences now include photos

Client Crew Preferences just got easier to act on. Preferred and Do-Not-Return Crew now show their photo right alongside their name, so your team can recognize who they're looking at without opening each profile — especially useful when you're staffing quickly for a client who cares who shows up.

Find only the Crew who are actually available

When you're filling a job, you can now filter your search to show only Crew who have proactively marked themselves as available. No more reaching out to people who haven't indicated they're open to work — just a faster path to the people who are.

Preferred name macros for cleaner, more personal communication

You can now use preferred name macros when messaging Crew, so the name that gets pulled into emails, texts, and notifications is the one they actually go by — not just whatever's on file legally. Small detail, but it makes every touchpoint feel more personal.

Templated notes in the Reference module

Reference notes can now be built from templates instead of typed out from scratch every time. Standardize the questions your team asks references and the way responses get logged, so reference checks are faster to complete and easier to compare across candidates.

Send invoices from a dedicated email address

Invoices no longer have to go out under the logged-in user's email. You can now configure a specific sending address for invoices — so clients always see billing come from the same trusted address, regardless of which team member generated it.

Filter Job Orders by multiple statuses at once

The Job Order filter now supports multi-select on status. Pull up open and pending orders together, or any combination you need, instead of running the filter over and over for each status one at a time.

Search Timesheets by Timesheet ID

The Timesheets page now supports direct search by Timesheet ID — helpful when you're following up on a specific timesheet referenced in a support ticket, an email, or a client question, and want to jump straight to it.

Export a Crew Member's profile — configured your way

You can now export a Crew Member's profile with control over which sections are included and the order they appear in. Build the export around what the client or facility actually asked for, instead of sending everything and leaving them to sort through it.
