Timesheet screen performance improvements

  • The Timesheet screen now loads faster and responds better when you filter, page, or edit, even with large volumes of data.

  • How to use: Open the Timesheet screen as usual; no configuration is required and all existing workflows remain the same, just with improved speed.

Optimized nested fields on timesheets

  • Expanding and editing nested details in a timesheet (such as multiple segments or related entries) is now smoother and more responsive.

  • How to use: Expand any detailed row within a timesheet as you do today; nested panels will open and save more quickly without additional steps.

Require clock-in and clock-out dates for approval

  • You can no longer approve a timesheet if the clock‑in and clock‑out dates are missing, ensuring overtime and invoice calculations stay accurate.

  • How to use: Before approving a timesheet, make sure each entry has both a clock‑in and clock‑out date and time; if dates are missing, enter them and then approve.

From–To dates on invoice batch creation

  • Invoice batch creation now includes From and To date fields so you can control exactly which time period is included.

  • How to use: When creating an invoice batch, select the desired From and To dates; the system will include only timesheets and jobs that fall within that range.

Configurable Quick Offer views

  • Quick Offer screens now support configurable layouts so users can see only the fields that matter most to them.

  • How to use: Open a Quick Offer, adjust visible columns or sections using the view/config options, then save your preferred layout for ongoing use.

Single‑form cancellation in onboarding packages

  • You can now cancel an individual form within an onboarding package, which is helpful when a form was completed by another method or is no longer required.

  • How to use: Open the onboarding package, select the specific form you want to remove, and cancel that form so it is excluded while the rest of the package stays active.

Require matching position before confirming crew

  • The system can now prevent users from confirming a crew member on a job if the required job position is not listed on the crew member’s profile.

  • How to use: After your admin enables this permission, attempt to confirm a crew member on a job; if their profile does not contain that position, you will be blocked until you update the profile or choose a different crew member.

Hide Policies & Procedures until confirmed

  • Policies and Procedures can be configured to remain hidden from crew until they reach a confirmed status in the system.

  • How to use: Once your admin turns this on, crew will only see Policies & Procedures in their portal after they are confirmed; no extra action is needed from end users.

HR Status on the Stat Card

  • A crew member’s HR Status (for example, Active or Onboarding) now appears directly on the Stat Card for quick visibility.

  • How to use: Open a crew member profile or dashboard and check the Stat Card; use the displayed HR Status to understand their current standing without opening additional tabs.

Job Import supports breaks

  • Job imports now allow you to include break information so schedules and downstream timesheets correctly reflect breaks.

  • How to use: Add the new break fields to your job import file and populate them; when you run the import, those breaks will be stored with the job and used in time calculations.

Calendar aligned to week‑ending configuration

  • The calendar view now automatically aligns to your configured week‑ending day so weeks display correctly for your organization.

  • How to use: After your week‑ending day is set in configuration, open the calendar and it will automatically show the week starting and ending based on that setting.

Optimized new reporting module and report migration

  • The new reporting module has been optimized for speed and scalability, and existing reports will gradually be transformed into this module.

  • How to use: Go to the reporting area and run reports from the new module where available; as more legacy reports are converted, start using their new versions to benefit from better performance and features.

Improved Group Sharing of Messages

  • Group message sharing now includes clear read and unread indicators for each user so you can quickly see who has viewed a shared message.
  • How to use: When you share a message with a group, open the message details to see which recipients are marked as read or unread.

  • Read / unread options and message deletion

    • Each user who receives a shared message can now work with explicit read/unread options, improving follow-up and accountability.

    • Users with appropriate permissions can also delete a shared message when it is no longer needed, helping keep conversations clean and relevant.
