Job Orders & Crew Management
Job Order Notes – Notes can now be categorized for easier tracking and organization.
Crew Violation Notes – Violations now include categories for clearer documentation.
Crew Detail – HR Tab – “Disabled” is now labeled as “Account Disabled” for more accurate context.
Crew Detail – Work History – Added an Offer Status filter to quickly refine work history searches.
Offer List – Added the Invite Crew Member option (via the vertical ellipses menu) so you can invite candidates straight from your offer list.
HR Enhancements
Resume Preview from List View – If a crew member has uploaded a resume, you can now instantly click the Resume icon in the Crew List to view it directly.
Licenses & Certifications – Added a new field for Active vs. Archived licenses to maintain a complete history without triggering unnecessary alerts.
CRM & Client Engagement
CRM Contacts – You can now add new client contacts directly from the Contacts screen (no more jumping around).
Job Management & Scheduling
Calendar → Jobs View – Now shows positions filled vs. open as well as jobs open vs. filled, giving you a snapshot of staffing progress at a glance.
Communication Enhancements
MFA Email Notifications – We’ve refreshed the email text to be friendlier.
Workflow & Form Packages
New Filters– Added filters to easily find packages sent or updated within a specific date range.
Bug Fixes
✅ General Fixes
Task Due Dates – Tasks created without a due date will now respect that choice (no more “phantom” due dates showing).
Crew Detail → Violations Section – Cleaned up the layout so it displays properly instead of appearing distorted.
Rate Configurations – Pay/Bill rate dropdown menus will now display fully without being cut off.
Timesheets & Work Reports
Timesheet Export – The reimbursement column is now included correctly in exported files.
Work History Report (PDF) – All columns now show up as expected for a complete report.
Timesheet Feed Tray – Fixed an issue where duplicate records could appear after updating a timesheet.
Crew Detail Page
Forms Flyout – Radio buttons, file uploads, and description fields are now displaying properly again.
Messages
Scheduled Messages Deletion – If you delete a scheduled message, it will stay deleted (and not send unexpectedly).
