Area: Recruiting / Operations

Feature: Crew List Enhancements
Purpose: Improve crew management visibility and filtering capabilities.
Updates:

  • Filter by Modified Crew Members: You can now easily identify and view crew members who have been recently updated.

  • Position Hover Details: When hovering over a position in the crew list, you’ll now see detailed information showing the industry and skill combination associated with that position.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to the Crew List under the Recruiting or Operations tab.

  2. Use the new "Modified Crew" filter to view recently edited crew members.

  3. Hover over any listed position to view the corresponding industry and skill pairing.


Area: Job Management

Feature: Double Booking Logic for Schedule Changes
Purpose: Prevent scheduling conflicts when adjusting job times for confirmed crew.
Update: The platform now automatically checks for double-booking conflicts when a job schedule is modified for confirmed personnel.

How to Use:

  • When changing a job schedule in Job Management, the system alerts you if there’s a conflict with another confirmed booking.

  • Review and resolve any conflicts directly from the alert prompt before saving changes.


Area: Accounting

Feature: Grouping and Export Enhancements for Invoices
Purpose: Simplify invoice organization, tracking, and export accuracy.
Updates:

  • Group by Parent Client: You can now group invoices under the parent client for more efficient financial tracking.

  • Invoice Export Update: Exported invoices are now automatically named according to their invoice number, enhancing traceability.

How to Use:

  1. Access the Invoice Management page.

  2. Use the Group by Parent Client option under the client configuration view.

  3. When exporting, the system automatically assigns the invoice number as the file name.


Area: Job Management / Accounting

Feature: Currency Settings Update
Purpose: Provide more flexibility for managing international jobs.
Update: You can now specify the currency at the job level, and all related amounts will display with clear currency indicators.

How to Use:

  1. When creating or editing a job, the currency defaults to the one associated with the selected country.

  2. You can manually adjust the currency if necessary, and all amounts (rates, payments, and totals) will automatically update based on the selected option.


Area: HR

Feature: Violation Management Enhancement
Purpose: Improve context and tracking for HR-related violations.
Update: You can now reference a client name while adding a violation, providing better visibility into which client or job the violation pertains to.

How to Use:

  1. Go to the Violation Management section in HR.

  2. When adding a new violation, use the Client Name field to link it to the appropriate client.

  3. The violation record will now include this reference for easier tracking and reporting.
