Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Crew Member Profile screen in NextCrew.
Click the vertical ellipses (top-right) and select Make Offer.
View all open jobs where the crew member might fit—including jobs already assigned or showing interest.
Choose to assign, transfer, or decline the crew member for specific jobs.
Review the assignment for overlap: if crew member is already working at the selected job’s time, a prompt will appear and confirmation will not be allowed.
Once verified, confirm the assignment—crew receives immediate notification and status update.

Dispatcher gets a call: “I can work next week.” From the crew profile, quickly see all matching open jobs and directly assign roles without delay.
