Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Crew Member Profile screen in NextCrew.

  2. Click the vertical ellipses (top-right) and select Make Offer.

  3. View all open jobs where the crew member might fit—including jobs already assigned or showing interest.

  • Choose to assign, transfer, or decline the crew member for specific jobs.

  • Review the assignment for overlap: if crew member is already working at the selected job’s time, a prompt will appear and confirmation will not be allowed.

  • Once verified, confirm the assignment—crew receives immediate notification and status update.
