Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Landing Page Registration
Share your agency's candidate registration URL (Landing Page) via your website or campaigns.
Candidates complete the registration form and submit.
2. Candidate Job Board Application
Ensure the Job Board is activated.
Candidates browse open jobs, click Apply, and complete the application.
Job Board applications automatically create candidate profiles as associates candidates to the job they have applied for
3. Invitation by Email
Go to HR->Crew Members > “Send Invitation.” vertical ellipses are located on the top right
Enter the candidate’s email(s).
(Optional) Add a personalized message.
Send invitation – candidates receive a registration link.
4. Manual Add (with Resume Parsing)
Navigate to HR->Crew Members > +Add
Enter candidate details manually or drag-and-drop a resume if CrewPilot is enabled.
Review and save the pre-filled information.
5. Data Import (Bulk Upload)
Prepare your candidate data in the provided import template (CSV/Excel).
Go to Menu > Data Import > Candidates.
Upload the file (up to 500 candidates per import).
Review and confirm import to finalize.
