Before your team starts working in NextCrew, a few settings shape everything else. Set them up once, in this order, and the rest of the system fits your agency.
Summary
Two screens hold your agency's setup. Settings › Company Profile holds who you are: your details, logos, office locations, positions, holidays and rates. Settings › Site Configuration holds how NextCrew behaves, in nine tabs from Company to Integration. Only admins should change either.
Set it up in this order
- Set up your company profile and branding. Your name, address and logos.
- Add your office locations. Many other settings are set per location.
- Add your positions. The jobs you staff, such as RN or Warehouse Associate.
- Set up client rates. Pay and bill rates for each position, per client.
- Set up your holiday schedule. Holiday pay and billing.
- Review Site Configuration. Every setting, and what it does.
Work through the list once. After that, you'll only come back when something changes.
