A new recruiter starts next week. Give them their own login before they arrive, set up for the office and role they'll work in.
Summary
Go to Settings › Company Profile › Admin Users and click Add Record. Fill in their name, username, a first password and their email. Choose their Office Location, then add their Roles and Groups. When someone leaves, add a Termination Date and turn on Disabled so they can no longer sign in.
How to do it
- Go to Settings › Company Profile › Admin Users and click Add Record.
- Type their First Name, Last Name, Username, a first Password and their Email.
- Add their Phone, and turn on Enable Text Notifications if they should get texts.
- Choose their Office Location and Hire Date.
- Under Roles, click Add. Then search Groups and add any they belong to.
- Click Add. NextCrew emails them so they can sign in. You can also tell them the password you set. They can change it later under Profile.
That's them set up. Read on for changing or removing a user.
On this page
Change a user
Click the arrow at the end of their row. You can change any field, including their office, roles and groups.
When someone leaves
Open their record, add a Termination Date and turn on Disabled. They can no longer sign in, and their history stays on record.
⚠️ Watch out
Do this on their last day. A former employee with a working login can still see your Crew and clients.
Locked out
If someone is locked out, open their record and turn off Locked.
Find users
The list shows each user's office, groups, status, and whether they're locked or disabled. Turn on Show Enabled Admins to hide disabled users.
