Overview
Changing the pay rate for a single worker on a job lets you update that person’s pay and bill rate without affecting the job’s overall markup. This is useful when one worker needs a different rate while everyone else stays on the standard configuration.
Navigation
Go to your Jobs/Orders list.
Search for and open the job details where the worker is assigned.
Locate the Assigned Workers / Offers section.
Open the Offer Details for the specific worker.

Pro-Tip
When you need an exception rate for one worker, update their offer details rather than editing the job’s main rates, so your standard markup and other workers’ rates remain consistent.
