In NextCrew, it is possible to adjust pay for one crew member on a multi-person job by accessing the job’s offers section, viewing the individual’s offer details, and editing their specific rate. This flexibility ensures that special agreements or roles are honored without disrupting the rest of the team's payroll.


Navigation

  • Open the job details page for the relevant job.

  • Click on "Offers" to view all offers assigned to crew members.

  • Find the crew member whose rate needs to be changed and click on the flyout (detail view).

  • Edit the pay rate field for that specific crew member, then save changes.

Functionality Overview

  • Adjust pay rate for one crew member on a multi-person job.

  • Changes only apply to the selected crew member for this job.

  • Other crew members' rates and offers remain unaffected.

  • Useful for special roles, negotiated rates, or unexpected job changes.
