Crew Violations are a vital tool for tracking unexpected or unacceptable crew behavior—such as no-call/no-show incidents, lack of cooperation with supervisors, or repeated tardiness. By documenting violations, you ensure crew performance is transparent across teams, maintain high service quality for clients, and create accountability. Violations cannot be deleted once recorded to maintain compliance and history integrity.
Navigation
To add a violation to a crew member:
Open the Crew Detail page.
Navigate to the right-hand side panel.
Select Add Violation.
Key Features
Permanent Record: Violations cannot be removed or edited, ensuring data integrity.
Categories & Templates: Define violation types and create templates to standardize notes.
Visibility: Violation counts appear on the crew stat card and are shown when hovering over a profile.

Use Case: Documenting a No-Call/No-Show Incident
Steps:
Navigate to Crew Detail page for the employee.
On the right-hand panel, click Add Violation.
Choose Category: Attendance.
Select or type in note (e.g., "Crew member missed scheduled shift without notice").
Save the violation.
The violation count will now display when you hover over their profile or attempt to confirm them for jobs.

Q: Can violations be deleted if entered by mistake?
A: No. Violations are permanent to prevent history tampering. We recommend carefully reviewing the details before saving. If you do need to delete, please speak with your administrator who has access to delete violation.
Q: Can violation notes be customized?

Q: Will the client or crew see violations?
