How It Works Step by Step

  1. Create a Job Posting

    • Post a job as usual but adjust privacy settings to Private, if desired, so only invited candidates can view it.

  2. Target the Right Crew Members

    • Send invites to specific groups, such as:

      • Crew members with ratings 4.0 and above

      • Predefined trusted groups

      • Those located within 5 miles of the job site

  3. Enable Auto-Confirm

    • Switch the job to Auto-Confirm mode so that any crew member who accepts is immediately confirmed.

  4. Use ‘Notify Now’ for Immediate Alerts (if you are going to keep the privacy setting to My Crew)

    • Instead of waiting for nightly notifications, select Notify Now to send alerts instantly to available crew members.

  5. Job is Closed Once Filled

    • As soon as the position is accepted by one crew member, the job automatically closes, ensuring no overbooking occurs.
