Stuck on a screen, or think something's broken? Here's the fastest route to an answer.

Summary

Search the help center first: most questions already have a guide. If your agency has CrewPilot, ask it in plain words without leaving the screen. If you're still stuck, or something looks broken, submit a ticket to NextCrew support. What slows a ticket down: no screenshot, and no way to find the record. Say which screen, which Crew Member or order, and what you expected to happen.

How to do it

  1. Search the help center with the words on your screen, such as "approve timesheet".
  2. Or open CrewPilot (the sparkle icon) in NextCrew and ask your question.
  3. Still stuck? Go to Submit a ticket.
  4. Enter your email, pick your company, and write a subject that names the screen.
  5. Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened. Attach a screenshot showing the browser address bar.

That's a ticket support can act on. Read on for what makes the difference between one reply and five.

The recordThe order number, or the Crew Member's name

The address bar tells support exactly which record and screen you were on. A short screen recording is even better for anything that happens in steps.

Can I attach more than one screenshot?

Yes. Attach as many as help explain it.

Should my Crew or clients contact NextCrew support?

During your implementation, NextCrew supports your Crew through the rollout. After graduation, your agency is their first line: they ask you, and your team raises a ticket if it's needed. See Your NextCrew Implementation.

Where do I see what's new?
