Somebody always forgets to clock out. Fixing it properly, with a note, keeps pay right and gives you an answer when someone asks why.
Summary
Fix times on the timesheet itself: open it, correct the clock-in or clock-out, add a note and click Update. For a missing timesheet, click Add Timesheet and pick one or more Crew Members from the job. For a reimbursement or bonus, Clone the timesheet, tick Reimbursement, pick the pay code and amount, and attach the receipt. What goes wrong: fixing times without a note, so nobody knows later why they changed.
How to do it
- Go to Operation › Timesheet and open the timesheet with the arrow at the end of its row.
- To fix times, change the Clock-In or Clock-Out date and time, and the break if needed.
- Add a note saying what changed and why, then click Update.
- For a missing timesheet, click Add Timesheet, pick the Crew Members and enter the times.
- For a reimbursement, click Clone, tick Reimbursement, pick the pay code, enter the amount and attach the receipt.

Add a timesheet by hand
- Go to Operation › Timesheet and click Add Timesheet.
- Pick the job, then one, several or all of the Crew Members on it.
- Enter the times, and any bonus or reimbursement.
- Attach receipts if you have them, and save.
Adding several Crew Members at once saves entering the same job again and again.
Add a reimbursement or bonus
- Open the timesheet it relates to and click Clone.
- Tick Reimbursement.
- Pick the Pay Code, such as Reimbursement or Bonus.
- Enter the amount, and tick Billable if the client pays it back.
- Under Attachments, click ADD to attach the receipt.
- Click Update.
Attachments on a timesheet go to the client with the invoice, so the receipt is there when they ask.
Don't delete a timesheet for a no-show
Set it to Not Completed instead. Deleting it loses the record.
What Crew can fix themselves
Crew can check their hours in the app, and change a time before it's approved if your agency allows it. Once a timesheet is Approved, Crew and clients can't change it. Your team can still change its status if something needs fixing. Send them Check and Fix Your Timesheet.
