You need a number or a list from NextCrew: last week's no-shows, violations by client, who is licensed. This page shows where reports live and how to use them.
Summary
Every report is on one screen: Reports. Reports are grouped into sections, such as Workforce Operation & Stats and Timesheet & Payroll. Star the ones you use so they sit under Favorites. Every agency gets the standard reports, and you build your own dashboards from the widgets on your Home screen. What goes wrong: sending someone a report link. Links carry your company's own web address, so name the report instead.
How to do it
- Choose Reports at the top of any screen.
- Pick a section, or type the report name in Search.
- Click the star beside a report to add it to Favorites.
- Click the report name to open it, then set its filters.
- To point a colleague to a report, give them its section and name.
That is any report found and open. Everything below is about the reports that matter most for no-shows, and what to do when the one you need doesn't exist.

Find and open a report
Choose Reports at the top of the screen. Sections run across the top of the list. Use the arrows to scroll through them.
| Section | Reports about |
|---|---|
| Favorites | The reports you have starred |
| HR & Recruiting | Crew records, onboarding, licenses, violations |
| Client Management | Clients and contacts |
| Job Management & Scheduling | Jobs, orders and schedules |
| Workforce Operation & Stats | Day-to-day Crew activity, including no-shows |
| Timesheet & Payroll | Timesheets and pay |
| Invoice Management | Invoices |
| Key Performance Indicators (KPI) | KPI reports |
| Data Exchange, Integration | Exports and integration activity |
| Audit Trail | Who changed what |
| Legal & Compliance, Lookup Tables and Configuration, Analytics, Other | Everything else |
The number beside each section is how many reports it holds. Some reports show a one-line description under the name.
The No-Show Report
Find it at Reports › Workforce Operation & Stats › No-Show Report.
It is built from what your team records: timesheets marked Not Completed, violations, and any offer sub-status you set. If those are recorded the same way every time, the report is right. See Handle No-Shows & Backfill.
It can't be scheduled to arrive by email. Open it when you do your weekly review.
A weekly no-show review
- Open the No-Show Report and set the date range to last week.
- Look for the same Crew Member more than once.
- Look for the same client or start time more than once.
- Decide one change: a call, a reminder, or a policy conversation.
To see a no-show rate, divide the week's no-shows by the jobs confirmed that week. Track that one number week to week.
Other reports worth knowing for no-shows
| Report | Section | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Violation Report | HR & Recruiting | Violations across Crew and clients |
| Crew Notification Preference | HR & Recruiting | Checking how a Crew Member gets reminders |
| Daily Jobs by Crew | Workforce Operation & Stats | Who worked which job, day by day |
| Form Package Activity | HR & Recruiting | Who has completed a form package, such as a signed policy |
Build your own dashboard
Your Home screen is a dashboard you set up yourself. Choose ADD to add a widget.
- Pick which widgets you want from the ones NextCrew offers.
- Set each widget's time period.
- Use its filters, such as office location.
You can't create a new kind of widget. For a number no widget shows, use a report.
Point a colleague to a report
Each report's web address starts with your company's own code. So a link from one account won't work in another, and a link in a help article can't work for everyone.
Name the section and the report instead: Reports › Workforce Operation & Stats › No-Show Report.
When the report you need doesn't exist
Every agency gets the standard reports. Most requests are for an existing report with different columns. NextCrew builds those for you. Raise a request with support: say what you want to see, how often, and what decision it helps you make. A custom report may carry a cost.
