Everyone on your team needs their own login, and not everyone should see everything. Here's how to set up your team.
Summary
Office users are added under Settings › Company Profile › Admin Users. Each user can have an office location, roles and groups. Those decide what they see and what they're notified about. Crew Members and client users get their logins elsewhere: Crew sign up themselves, and clients get access from their client record.
Set it up in this order
- Add an office user. Their login, office, roles and groups.
- Set up roles and groups in Code Tables. Roles and groups you'll assign to users.
- Give a client access to the portal. For client users.
Start with the first guide. More permission guides are on the way.

Someone can't see something?
What each person sees depends on their role, groups and office location. If a screen or button is missing for someone, check those three on their user record first. If that doesn't explain it, contact NextCrew support.
