Your agency reviews your application and contacts you. Most agencies interview you, then send your hiring documents. Once you're hired, you download the app and start picking up shifts.
Some agencies use their own system for applications and hiring documents. If yours does, follow their steps instead. This guide is for agencies that use NextCrew.
Do this
| 1 | Your agency reviews your application. How long this takes is up to them. |
| 2 | They contact you, often for an interview. |
| 3 | They email you a link to your hiring documents. Complete them. See Complete your hiring documents. |
| 4 | They may ask for a background check. See Background checks and verification. |
| 5 | When you're hired, download the app and sign in. See Welcome to NextCrew: get started in 10 minutes. |
If this doesn't work
| What you see | What to do | Who fixes it |
|---|---|---|
| You haven't heard back | Contact your agency. NextCrew is the software they use, so we can't see or change your application. | Your agency |
| You want to change your application | Contact your agency. | Your agency |
Only your agency can
- Tell you where your application stands.
- Decide who they hire and when.
Call or email your agency, using the phone number or email they gave you.
Other ways people ask this
- Did I get the job?
- When will I hear back?
