Your agency emails you a link to your hiring documents. Open it on your phone or computer, fill in each form and sign it. You don't need the app yet, and nothing needs printing.
Some agencies use their own system for applications and hiring documents. If yours does, follow their steps instead. This guide is for agencies that use NextCrew.
Do this
| 1 | Open the email from your agency and tap the link to your documents. |
| 2 | Read the instructions at the top. |
| 3 | Fill in each form. Your name and address are already filled in. Check them. |
| 4 | Sign where asked, with your finger or your mouse. |
| 5 | Upload any files it asks for, such as an ID or a license. Take a photo or choose a file. |
| 6 | Check each form, then submit it and go to the next one. When the last one is done, your package goes to your agency. |

Only your agency can
- Resend your documents or reset a form you already sent.
- Fix the email address they have for you.
Call or email your agency, using the phone number or email they gave you.
