Find Jobs and Confirm Your Shifts

Tap Interested on the jobs you want. Your agency confirms you, and the job moves to your Confirmed tab. Interested does not mean booked.

Do this

1	Open Open Jobs. Search by date, pay, distance or keyword. ▶ Watch this step (2:31)
2	Tap Interested on a job you want. It moves to your Interested tab. ▶ Watch this step (2:40)
3	Check the Requested tab too. These are jobs your agency offered you. Tap Interested or Decline.
4	When your agency confirms you, the job moves to Confirmed. ▶ Watch this step (2:56)
5	On a confirmed job, tap VIEW DETAILS to get directions, add it to your calendar or message your scheduler. ▶ Watch this step (3:05)
6	About 24 hours before your shift, you'll get a reminder. Confirm that you're coming.

Save jobs for later

See a job you might want? Tap its Favorite icon. It turns green and the job is saved in your Favorite tab.

To find that tab, swipe the row of tabs to the left. Tap the icon again to remove a job from your favorites.

You see no jobs	Check your address, skills and availability. Your agency may also need to check your profile first.	Your agency
You're interested but not confirmed	Only your agency can confirm you. Message them if the shift is soon.	Your agency
You need to cancel	Open the job, tap VIEW DETAILS, then DECLINE. Close to the start time, some agencies don't let you cancel in the app. Then call them.	You, then your agency
You changed your mind about a job	Tap Interested again. The job leaves your Interested tab.	You
