Keeping your profile updated helps coordinators match you with the right assignments faster.
Accurate information can help you:
- Receive better job opportunities
- Stay eligible for assignments
- Get schedule reminders and notifications
- Avoid delays caused by expired documents
- Keep licenses and certifications current

Profile Management
The Profile section allows you to manage and update your information inside the app.
Update Account Information
- Open Profile
- Tap Account Information
- Update your username or password
- Tap Update to save changes
Update Contact Information
- Open Contact Information
- Add or update:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Save your changes
Update Address Information
- Open the Address section
- Enter your updated address
- Save changes
? Job opportunities are often matched based on location, so keeping your address updated is important.
Licenses and Certifications
Managing licenses and certifications inside NextCrew is quick and simple.
Keeping these documents updated helps ensure you remain eligible for assignments that require active credentials.
You may also receive reminders before documents expire.
Add a License
- Open Profile
- Scroll down and tap Licenses
- Tap the + (plus) icon
- Select the license type
- Fill in all required fields
- Tap ATTACH to upload supporting documents
- Choose:
- Camera
- Gallery
- Files
- Tap ADD to save
Add a Certification
- Open Profile
- Tap Certifications
- Tap the + (plus) icon
- Fill in all required information
- Attach supporting documentation
- Tap UPDATE to save
Skills Management
You can also update and manage your skills directly inside your profile settings.
✅ A complete profile makes it easier to get matched with the right assignments.
Availability Management
The Calendar section helps you manage your availability and upcoming assignments.
Update Availability
- Open Calendar
- Mark yourself:
- Available
- Unavailable
- Select dates and times
- Save changes
You can also create recurring weekly availability schedules.
Track Assignments
Your calendar helps organize:
- Confirmed jobs
- Interested jobs
- Requested jobs
- Unavailable dates
You’ll also receive:
- Assignment updates
- Notifications
- Upcoming shift reminders
Open Jobs
Inside Open Jobs, you can search assignments by:
- Date
- Pay
- Distance
- Keywords
Mark a Job as Interested
- Find a job you want
- Tap Interested
The assignment will move into your Interested tab.
⚠️ Marking a job as interested does not automatically confirm the assignment.
Confirmed Jobs
Once confirmed by your coordinator, assignments automatically appear in your Confirmed tab.
From there, you can:
- View assignment details
- Get directions
- Re-confirm shifts
- Add assignments to your calendar
- Request schedule changes
- Contact your scheduler
- Decline assignments if needed
Messaging
The Messages section allows direct communication with your coordinator.
You can:
- Send messages
- Reply to conversations
- Attach files
This keeps all communication organized inside the app.
Clock-In / Clock-Out
When your shift begins:
- Open your assignment
- Tap Clock-In
Depending on company settings, you may also be asked to:
- Take a photo
- Verify location
When your shift ends:
- Open the assignment
- Tap Clock-Out
Timesheets
The Timesheets section allows you to review:
- Hours worked
- Breaks
- Pay information
- Assignment details
Upload Receipts or Documents
You can also attach:
- Parking receipts
- Expense documents
- Reimbursement files
directly to your timesheet.
