The application process in NextCrew helps staffing agencies manage new applicants efficiently and ensures candidates have a smooth onboarding experience. It is divided into two stages: Registration and Application. This structure allows agencies to create candidate accounts immediately after registration, send reminders for incomplete applications, and synchronize data seamlessly into the candidate profile.

Crew members can register and complete their applications through the staffing agency’s public portal or job board integrated with NextCrew.

  • Go to the Public Registration Link or Apply Now page.

  • Registration automatically creates a user account and directs applicants to the application form.

Use Case: Crew Member Registration & Application

Steps:

  1. Applicant registers via the staffing agency’s portal.

  2. NextCrew automatically creates the applicant’s account.

  3. The applicant is redirected to complete the full application.

  4. On completion, the system sends notifications to both the applicant and recruiter.

  5. Recruiters can view completed applications in:

    • The Workflow Tab, or

    • The Candidate Profile under the Forms section.

  6. To download the complete application, use the Export function.

  7. If multiple office locations exist, applicants can select their preferred branch during registration; this links them automatically. Configuration is done via Settings → Configuration Tab.

  8. Applicants applying through the job board will automatically have their interest linked to the corresponding job.
