Overview
The Jobs Configuration section in NextCrew 2.0 lets staffing agencies fine-tune how job assignments, searches, notifications, privacy, and recurring jobs are managed across the platform. By adjusting these preferences, agencies can ensure job matching and assignment align precisely with internal workflows, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
Jobs configuration controls how strict matching is, if certain crew attributes (like availability or hire date) are required, how information (like pay rate or job ID) is communicated, and how recurring and cloned jobs are handled.
