Overview
The Recruitment – Registration configurations in NextCrew 2.0 control how new crew members register on the platform. These settings determine what fields are shown or required during signup, including office location, SSN, profile photo, and resume.
By customizing these preferences, staffing agencies can align the registration process with compliance requirements, branding needs, and the level of detail required for candidate onboarding.
For example, agencies working in healthcare may require an SSN or resume at signup, while others may prefer a simplified process to reduce barriers for applicants.
