This guide provides administrators with instructions for managing organization-wide permissions. Since permissions determine access to sensitive data and key system functions, they must be configured carefully. To avoid misconfiguration that could affect the entire organization, only administrators with security rights should have access to the permission
settings.
Permissions are organized into two main categories:
Screen-Level Permissions – Control access to entire screens or modules.
Functionality-Level Permissions – Control access to specific fields, actions, or data elements within a screen.
Navigation
Log in as an administrator with security configuration rights.
Go to Settings > Permissions.
Key Features
Screen-Level Permissions: Define which screens or modules user groups can view or access. [See the Screen-Level Permission Guide]
Functionality-Level Permissions: Specify which fields, functions, or data within a screen are visible or editable. [See the Functionality-Level Permission Guide]
