The HR Configuration options in NextCrew 2.0 help agencies manage compliance and classification rules for crew members. These settings influence how new members are categorized for tax purposes and whether sensitive background information is displayed within the system.

By configuring these preferences, staffing agencies can streamline onboarding, maintain payroll consistency, and meet regulatory or client requirements.


Navigation

To access the HR Configuration settings:

  1. Go to Settings in the main menu.

  2. Select System Configurations.

  3. Click on the HR tab.

  4. Use the Tax Classifications or Other group to view and update configurations.
