User Guide to Manage Configuration for Integration

Overview

The Integration Configuration tab in NextCrew 2.0 allows agencies to link the platform with third-party systems using external IDs. By configuring these identifiers, agencies can ensure seamless data exchange with payroll providers, HR platforms, and other enterprise tools, improving automation and reducing manual data entry.


Navigation

To access Integration Configuration settings:

  1. Go to Settings in the main menu.

  2. Select System Configurations.

  3. Click on the Integration tab.

  4. Enter or update external system IDs as needed.


External System ID

Configuration NamePurposeNotes
Paychex Client IDExternal client ID used to integrate with Paychex.Required for payroll data sync.
UNA App Org IDUNA application organization identifier.Enables UNA integration and automation.
