Crew Member List Screen Guide

Overview

The Crew Member List screen allows you to view and manage all crew members in the system. This screen supports different use cases depending on your role and task:

  • Viewing all crew members

  • Creating subsets based on conditions (e.g., who is working today, who has signed documents, or who belongs to a specific office location)

  • Saving and sharing custom filtered views for recurring needs


Navigation

  • From the main menu, go to:
    HR → Crew Members


Layout & Components

This screen offers three different layouts so you can choose the view that best fits your workflow:

  • List View:

    • Displays the maximum number of records per page in a grid format.

    • Feels like working in Excel (columns and rows).

    • Best for scanning large sets of records quickly.

  • Card Layout:

    • Displays records in card format.

    • Useful for visual, quick-glance overviews of crew members.

  • Detail View:

    • Provides more detailed information for each crew member without opening the full record.

    • Ideal for reviewing individual details without drilling further.

Additional Features:

  • Export Option: You may export up to 500 records at a time for offline use or reporting.

  • Flyout Details:

    • Click the drilldown arrow next to a record to open a flyout pane.

    • The flyout displays general details without leaving the list screen.

    • From the flyout you can:

      • Send an email

      • Add notes

      • Navigate record by record while adding notes or making calls, without losing context.


How to Use This Screen Effectively

How you use the Crew Member List depends on your role and day-to-day needs:

  • Recruiter

    • Create a view filtered by HR Status to see all new candidates.

    • Use this list to quickly reach out to new hires.

  • Staffing Manager

    • Filter by Work Assignment or Schedule to view everyone working this week.

    • Use this to manage availability and assignments.

  • Best Practices

    • Customize views by selecting different columns or reordering them.

    • Save commonly used views and share with your team.

    • Use List View for high-level scanning, switch to Detail View for deeper insights.


Key Functions / Actions

From the Crew Member List you can perform the following actions:

  1. Add New Employee – Create a new crew member record directly from this screen.

  2. Create Views – Build, save, and share custom filtered views (e.g., “Today’s Workers,” “Signed Docs”).

  3. Invite New Candidates – Send invitations to prospective team members.

  4. View Stat Card - Hover over a crew members to view their overview information
