Pro Tip
You also have the option to disable public registration and make the process invite-only. Many companies prefer this approach to ensure that only qualified and genuinely interested candidates can apply.
To disable public registration:
- Go to Settings → Configuration → Recruitment
- Select “Hide Signup Button on Home Page.”
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to HR > Crew Members from the left navigation pane.
Click the vertical ellipses (⋮) in the top-right corner of the Crew Members page.
Select Invite.
In the popup window:
To invite single or multiple users → Type in individual email addresses separated by commas.
Click Send Invitation.
To monitor progress:
Navigate to HR > Crew Members > Sent Invitation.
Review the status of each invite (Pending, Accepted, Expired).
Example/Use Case Scenario
A staffing manager hires 25 event staff for an upcoming conference. Instead of sending individual invites, the manager uploads all emails in a CSV file and sends invitations in one step. The next day, they check the Sent Invitation status to confirm which staff have completed registration.
