How to Invite Crew Members to Register on NextCrew

The Invite Crew Members feature allows administrators and managers to easily invite one or more staff members to join NextCrew by sending registration links via email. This simplifies onboarding and ensures crew members are added to the system efficiently.

Pro Tip

You also have the option to disable public registration and make the process invite-only. Many companies prefer this approach to ensure that only qualified and genuinely interested candidates can apply.

To disable public registration:

1. Go to Settings → Configuration → Recruitment
2. Select “Hide Signup Button on Home Page.”

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to HR > Crew Members from the left navigation pane.

2. Click the vertical ellipses (⋮) in the top-right corner of the Crew Members page.

3. Select Invite.

4. In the popup window:

   • To invite single or multiple users → Type in individual email addresses separated by commas.

5. Click Send Invitation.

6. To monitor progress:

   • Navigate to HR > Crew Members > Sent Invitation.

   • Review the status of each invite (Pending, Accepted, Expired).

Example/Use Case Scenario

• A staffing manager hires 25 event staff for an upcoming conference. Instead of sending individual invites, the manager uploads all emails in a CSV file and sends invitations in one step. The next day, they check the Sent Invitation status to confirm which staff have completed registration.
