You set up the same filters and columns every morning. Save them once as a view, and the list opens that way in one click.
Summary
A view is a saved list layout: the filters, columns and sort you chose. Every list has a view menu next to its name. Pick Save As Template to save a new one, and tick Shared so your team can use it too. NextCrew remembers the last view you used on each list.
How to do it
- Open the list and set the filters, columns and sort you want.
- Click the view menu next to the list name. It usually says Default.
- Choose Save As Template.
- Type a name that says what the view is for, such as Interviews this week.
- Tick Shared if your team should see it. Then click Save.
- To change a view later, open it, make your changes, then click Save next to the view menu.
When you would use this
Recruiters: a view of new candidates waiting for an interview, shared with the whole recruiting team.
Onboarding: Crew Members whose documents are signed and who are ready to hire.
Coordinators: orders starting in the next few days that still have open spots.
Payroll: timesheets that still need a correction before the payroll run.
That's a saved view. Read on if you want to share, change or delete one.

Switch between views
Click the view menu next to the list name and pick a view. The list changes straight away.
NextCrew remembers the last view you used on each list. The next time you open that list, it opens the same way. Pick Default to go back to the standard layout.
Share a view with your team
Tick Shared when you save the view. You can also turn on the Shared switch next to the view menu later, while the view is open.
A shared view is the easiest way to keep a team working from the same list. Everyone opens the same filters, so nobody is working from an out-of-date copy.
Change a view
Open the view, change the filters or columns, then click Save. The Save button turns blue when there is something to save.
To keep the old view and make a new one instead, choose Save As Template and give it a new name.
Delete a view
Open the view menu. A bin icon shows next to each view you can delete. The view that is open right now doesn't show a bin, so switch to another view first.
⚠️ Watch out
There is no confirmation. The view is gone as soon as you click the bin. If it was shared, it is gone for your team too.
