Go to Operation › Timesheet. Choose the green check to approve, or the red X to decline. Your approval marks the timesheet Client Approved. A decline goes to your agency, so they can fix it.
What you can see and do depends on how your agency set up your access. If something here isn't on your screen, ask your agency.
Do this
| 1 | Go to Operation › Timesheet. |
| 2 | Check each person's clock-in, clock-out, break and hours. |
| 3 | To see more, choose › at the end of the row. You'll see the scheduled and actual times, and where they clocked in and out. |
| 4 | Choose the green check to approve. |
| 5 | Choose the red X to decline, and add the reason. |

What happens next
Client Approved: your agency does a final check, then pays the Crew and bills you.
Client Declined: your agency gets a message, looks into it and fixes the timesheet.
Changing times
If your agency allows it, you can click a time and change it before you approve. If not, decline it and say what's wrong. See Why can't I change a clock-in time?
