Click a job on the Calendar to see who is confirmed. For today's shifts, the Daily Pulse on your Home dashboard shows who is on site.
What you can see and do depends on how your agency set up your access. If something here isn't on your screen, ask your agency.
Do this
| 1 | Go to Workspace › Calendar and click the job. |
| 2 | Look at the tabs: Confirmed, Interested, Requested and Canceled. |
| 3 | Click a name to see that person's profile. See See a Crew Member's profile and documents. |
| 4 | For today, go to Home and look at the Daily Pulse: each person's shift, phone number, on-time record and On-Site Status. |
| 5 | No Daily Pulse on your Home page? Choose ADD to add it. See Build your dashboard. |

On your phone
In the NextCrew for Managers app, tap Jobs, then Confirmed, to see who is booked.
If this doesn't work

| Someone confirmed isn't on site | Call your agency straight away, so they can find cover. | Your agency |
| Someone is on site but not shown | They may not have clocked in yet. Ask them to clock in, or tell your agency. | You, then your agency |
Only your agency can
- Replace someone who doesn't show up.
- Update who is booked.
Call or email your contact at your staffing agency.
