The Calendar shows each job's fill status by color and as a count, such as 3/5. Orange means no one yet, blue means partly filled, and green means filled.
What you can see and do depends on how your agency set up your access. If something here isn't on your screen, ask your agency.
Do this
| 1 | Go to Workspace › Calendar. |
| 2 | Look at the color of each job: orange is unfilled, blue is partly filled, green is filled. |
| 3 | Check the count on the job, such as 3/5 (3 people booked out of 5 needed). |
| 4 | Use the colored dots at the top to show only unfilled, partly filled or filled jobs. |
| 5 | To find a job, search by Title or Position at the top. |

On your phone
In the NextCrew for Managers app, tap Jobs. Tap Open for jobs that still need people, or Confirmed for filled ones. Tap the dates to change them.
If this doesn't work
| What you see | What to do | Who fixes it |
|---|---|---|
| A job is still orange close to the start | Call your agency to check on it. | Your agency |
| You can't find a job | Check the date and time zone at the top, and clear the search box. | You |
Only your agency can
- Tell you how filling is going.
- Find more people for a job.
Call or email your contact at your staffing agency.
Other ways people ask this
- Is my job filled?
- What do the colors mean?
- How many people are coming?
- How do I find a job on the calendar?
- Which jobs are still open?
