Open the job and choose Invite. Pick the people you want. Request asks them to take the job. Confirm books them, if your agency allows it.
What you can see and do depends on how your agency set up your access. If something here isn't on your screen, ask your agency.
Do this
| 1 | Open the job from the Calendar, or start a new one with Add Job. |
| 2 | Choose Invite. |
| 3 | Use the filters to find people, such as Preferred, rating, distance or jobs worked. |
| 4 | Choose Request to ask someone, or Confirm to book them. |
| 5 | Choose Update to save the job. |

Auto-Confirm
If a job has Auto-Confirm on, the first Crew Member who says yes is booked straight away. You won't need to confirm anyone.
If this doesn't work

- Let you confirm Crew yourself.
- Add people to your preferred list.
- Keep someone off your jobs.
