You can't change a form after you've sent it and moved on. Ask your agency to reset it. They send it back to you, and you fill it in again.
Some agencies use their own system for applications and hiring documents. If yours does, follow their steps instead. This guide is for agencies that use NextCrew.
Do this
| 1 | Note which form has the mistake and what needs to change. |
| 2 | Contact your agency and ask them to reset that form. |
| 3 | Open the new link they send you. |
| 4 | Fill in the form again, check it carefully, and submit. |
If this doesn't work
| What you see | What to do | Who fixes it |
|---|---|---|
| Your details were filled in wrong | Your agency can fix the details they have for you, such as your address. | Your agency |
| The link says everything is complete | The form wasn't reset yet. Ask your agency again. | Your agency |
Only your agency can
- Reset a form so you can fill it in again.
- Let you change your tax details after onboarding. They send you the tax form again.
Call or email your agency, using the phone number or email they gave you.
Other ways people ask this
- I pressed complete on my W-4 before I noticed a mistake.
- I made a mistake on my date of birth.
- How do I edit a form I already submitted?
- My address is wrong on my hiring documents.
