Forgot Password or Username?

Forgot your password and stuck on the login screen? Don’t worry—this happens often, and resetting your password is quick and easy.

Step 1: On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password.

Step 2: Enter your registered email address in the Email field.

Step 3: Tap Send Email to request a password reset.

Step 4: Check your email inbox for the password reset message and follow the instructions provided.

Note: If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder before trying again.

Forgot your username? No problem—you can still sign in smoothly using your registered email address.

Forgot Your Username? Use Your Email

Step 1: Open the Login screen.

Step 2: Enter your registered email address in the Username field.

Step 3: Enter your password and continue logging in as usual.

That’s it—you’ll be able to access your account without needing your username.

After signing in, you can update your username anytime from your account settings.
