Reviewing completed or incomplete forms in NextCrew is simple, giving administrators insight, control, and quick access to user submissions. Below is a step-by-step guide for managing sent forms efficiently.


Overview

The review process enables tracking form status for every user, accessing detailed submissions, and taking action on incomplete or incorrect forms—all from one dashboard.



Navigation

  • Locate and click on the “Form Packages” menu from the NextCrew dashboard.

  • Select the specific form package to access user completion data.


Key Features

  • Progress Overview: Instantly see a list of all users who received the form, along with their individual completion status.

  • Submission Review: Click on the arrow next to each user’s name to view completed submissions in detail.

  • Download Option: Use the download icon to save a copy of the user’s completed form.

  • Reset Feature: Click the red reset arrow to clear or resend a form to users who need to reattempt or make corrections.


Steps to Review Forms

  1. Go to “Form Packages” in the dashboard.

  2. Click on the form package you wish to review.

  3. View the list of users who have been sent this form and their progress indicator.
    a. To view completed forms, click the arrow beside the user’s entry.
    b. To download a specific form, click the download icon.
    c. To reset a form for a user, click the red reset arrow; they will be prompted to resubmit or complete the form again.

  • Periodically check for incomplete forms, especially compliance-related processes.

  • Use the reset function when data corrections are needed rather than creating new requests.
