Navigation
Access the Form Packages section from the NextCrew dashboard.
Select the package by clicking its name to display the form details page.

Send To Users: Use the "Send To" button at the top right to assign a form to crew members, staffing managers, or clients.
Recipient Selection: Easily select target users or groups based on the delivery needs.

Steps to Send a Form
Click on "Form Packages" from the menu.
Click the name of the form package to open details.
Click the "Send To" button at the top right.
Select the users you wish to send the form to.
Customize your message if needed, making sure to keep the "FormPackageLink" macro in the message body. Refer to the guide on using templates in messages for more efficiency.
Choose the communication method (email, SMS, in-app) and send, or opt to schedule for future delivery.
The recipients receive the link instantly via their preferred channel, allowing them to click, review, and complete the form with ease.

Use recipient filters to ensure forms are delivered only to relevant users.
