If you need to reset an individual form within a workflow package for a crew member, this can be done directly from the Forms tab in Workflows.


First, navigate to the form that you are looking for by utilizing quick search to search for that form or crew member.


Next, open the Flyout for the form that you wish to reset by clicking on the arrow next to Start/View on the line for that particular form.



If your company's process is to retain what was previously entered into this form, you will want to first download the form from the flyout or from the package before proceeding.  Resetting the form will clear any previous data entered and will not allow previously entered data to be recalled.


To download the form from the flyout, scroll down to the PDF and click on the "Download" icon.



Once you are ready to reset the form, return to the top of the flyout and press the reset button in the upper right corner.



When the form has been reset, the flyout will close and a notification will be displayed for several seconds at the top of the screen to let you know that the reset has been successful.  




You can then let your Crew Member know that they can return to the UI Flow link to complete the form that has been reset.

If your Crew Member still has the package open, they will see this reflected immediately.
