Most clock-in problems are location. Turn on location for NextCrew and stand at the job site. If it still won't work, tell your agency so your hours are still recorded.
Do this
| 1 | Check that you're at the job site, not the parking lot or the building next door. |
| 2 | Turn on location for NextCrew in your phone's settings. Choose While Using the App or Always. |
| 3 | Check your shift is in the Confirmed tab. You can only clock in to confirmed shifts. |
| 4 | Update the app from the App Store or Google Play. |
| 5 | Try without Wi-Fi, using mobile data instead. |
